Submission Preparation Checklist

Submission of articles to the Gender Truth Journal (GTJ) implies that the work has not been published previously and is not under consideration in any other journal. Articles submitted to the Gender Truth Journal (GTJ) should:

  1. Contain original and “truthful” research (empirical or theoretical) that enhances/contributes to the existing body of knowledge in the area of gender studies.
  2. Be accompanied by an abstract (11-point font size) of not more than 300 words with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 7 keywords and with full names of author (s), institutional affiliations, and contact details.
  3. Not exceed 8000 words including references; using Times New Roman, 12-point font size and double line spacing on A4 paper size, and comply with the APA style of referencing (7th edition). References should be single-spaced.
  4. Strictly be submitted in a Microsoft Word file format.

Authors are required to ensure compliance with items 1-4 above as well as the detailed author guidelines provided below. Submissions that do not adhere to the guidelines may be rejected and returned to the author (s).
