AIJNAS is an open access journal. This implies that all contents are freely available to the user or their institution without charge. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without needing prior permission from the publisher or the author. Operating the Gold Open Access model, the journal accepts a moderate article processing charge (APC) to recoup the cost of editorial, web hosting and other services rendered to sustain the journal. The APC is charged to authors upon acceptance of their papers after a successful peer review.

All published AIJNAS articles are permanently archived in the Public Knowledge Project Preservation Network (PKP PN), and are compliant with other archiving services such as LOCKSS and CLOCKSS. Importantly, all accepted and published articles carry unique digital object identifier (DOI) and are indexed in many reputable scholarly databases, libraries and archiving infrastructures such as the PKP PN system for wider distribution, persistent visibility and global access.

Scope and Submission

The journal publishes original research from all fields of natural and applied sciences. Guidelines for manuscript preparation and submission are available here.  All authors must register in order to submit manuscripts and monitor the progress of their submissions through their personalised dashboards. However, readers are not required to register to download and use published articles.

The average number of weeks between submission and publishing of the article shall be eight (8) weeks.

Journal policy on plagiarism

The editors of this journal enforce a rigorous peer-review process together with strict ethical policies and standards to ensure and to add high-quality scientific works to the field of scholarly publication. Therefore, any manuscript with similarity index higher than 20% in the Turnitin plagiarism software will not be sent out for review and will be declined for publication.
